TESOL Global is a division of the Time Taylor International group. The parent body publishes 14 international academic language learning journals including the world leading Asian EFL Journal. Founded in 1993, the group has grown to include incorporated TESOL organizations in India, Turkey, Philippines, and soon to be 47 other countries. The Time Taylor group holds international EFL conferences and ESP conferences each year.

Schools have been established in 3 countries including Korea, China and Japan. Time taylor includes an international legal division, corporate advisors division, international accrediting authority and educational consultancy division.
